This week's workout of the week is a 30/30 strength core workout.
30 seconds of strength followed by 30 seconds of core.

5 MINUTE BUSTERS
Quick workout when you don't have a lot of time! Plus you can do it anywhere...so no excuses...
Do as many rounds as possible for 5 minutes. Each round consists of the following exercises.
6 BURPEES
9 PUSH UPS
12 SQUATS
15 JUMPING JACKS
Go ALL OUT on each exercise for each round.
If you want a longer workout, rest 1 minute between sets and repeat series for 2-4 more sets.
-Stretch
-Drink your post recovery drink
